WELCOME TO DUDLEY SQUARE MAIN STREETS

Welcome to Dudley Square Main Streets. Established in 1995, Main Streets has been working to upgrade this National Register District, increase the miss of goods and services, create jobs for the community, and promote entrepreneurship. As a non-profit community development organization, we strive to involve the community, local businesses, property owners commuters, and area employees in our efforts.  We strive to improve the quality of life for residents, build on the area's vibrant diversity, and help residents share in its economic success while creating its future.

"The Heart and Soul Of Roxbury"- One of Boston's best kept secrets is historic Dudley Square-a primer multicultural commercial district. Whether looking for Boston's newest Art Center/Function Hall, Afro-Centric gifts, local artists and interior design studios, the largest array of Caribbean and African groceries, a healthy cafe/bakery, or  an exercise studio/spa- you can find it in Dudley Square.

The Square also contains the the second oldest graveyard in the country and the oldest firehouse in the city.  There are more than 20 sites on the National Register of historic preservation including Dudley MBTA Station.
